The hotel has a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. However, there were some inconveniences, such as the lack of room service and limited coffee options. Improvements in amenities would enhance the experience.

missingWrote a review on Nov 13modern designcentral locationrecent renovationsinconvenient amenities
Modern, recently renovated rooms caught my eye, featuring sharp designs that felt bright despite the darker color scheme. The central location made exploring convenient, with everything from Pike Place to numerous restaurants just a short walk away.
However, I found significant drawbacks. Despite the appealing aesthetics, there were practical issues, no coffee making facilities in the room, and the café was minimally operational. Breakfast options were nonexistent on-site, forcing me to venture outside for basic meals. The overall vibe felt a bit barren, not matching the high ends of the price tag.

The elegant décor with rich velvet drapes and cozy seating created a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The staff were attentive, always ready to assist, making it easy to navigate the beautiful spaces as a senior guest.
Lack of more accessible seating options in the lobby.

missingWrote a review on Nov 08tasteful decorlarge bathroomgreat locationlimited parking
That Deluxe King Room featured tasteful decor and a large bathroom, which made for a comfortable stay. The location places you just a short walk from all the iconic sights, perfect for a quick adventure through the city.
Only valet parking available, which can be a hassle if you're not used to that. Communication about early check-in didn't pan out, and the room wasn't ready as promised. Plus, the absence of on-site dining options feels a bit of a letdown, especially for a higher-end establishment. Honestly, it felt like a bare-bones experience at times.

Loved my stay! Room was clean, comfy, and beautifully decorated. The location was spot-on. I strolled to major attractions and enjoyed the peaceful vibe at night!
The barking dog next door nearly turned me into a dog whisperer! And who knew garbage trucks had an after-hours party outside my window?

Charming vibes with art everywhere
We stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe King Room and loved the stunning artwork around the hotel. Check-in was smooth, and our room was super spacious and comfy. The Bookstore Bar is a cool spot for drinks. Just wish the cleaning credit system was clearer. we had issues getting the full amount. Overall, pretty nice!

I had a nice stay for one night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was well-appointed and comfortable. However, I found it lacking in dining options, and the room, while clean, felt a bit impersonal. Overall, a solid choice for a short visit.
